Cancellations. Rescheduling, and Refund Policy.

A cancellation is hereby defined as revoking interest in proceeding with an appointment. Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours after booking your appointment. Refunds will not be given beyond that time frame or for missed (“no show”) appointments. An appointment is deemed as missed if more than 15 minutes have passed since the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is the ability to change the date and time of your appointment. Please reschedule in advance. It will not be allowed after the 24 hour period prior to an appointment. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances. Please contact us immediately if you are unable to make your appointment. We reserve the right to deny future bookings or rescheduling, as deemed necessary.
